4 CLASSROOMS & AUDITORIUM – BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP
Key Code Media was approached by Steven Edington, UC Davis IET Communications Resources, to bid on a project to upgrade the AV infrastructure in 4 classrooms and auditorium in Young and Wellman Halls in the summer of 2020. The equipment list for this project was provided by IET Communications Resources and follows their 5-year plan for outfitting their classrooms. The request was for Key Code Media to bid on procuring the listed equipment and provide integration services, both according to the University of California Purchasing Agreement # 2019.001407 that Key Code Media was awarded in late 2019. Key Code Media worked in conjunction with a General Contractor to coordinate with their trades to complete the project prior to classes resuming in late August, early September. Key Code Media was responsible for procuring all equipment and materials, offsite pre-building/commissioning and testing of the equipment racks, Crestron programming, projector, flat panel and screen installation, rack installation, cabling, and final testing.
